Baltimore Touchdown Club All-Star Game Recap from The Baltimore Sun
The Metro Team won 14-0. QB-Nick Finney (Oakland Mills) threw for the first touchdown and ran for a second. At the conclusion of the game, Finney was selected by his coaches as the games MVP. Jay Washington (Long Reach) returned an interception about 50 yards and made several key defensive plays. Jarad Flagg (Wilde Lake) had some great runs inside and some big hits on special teams. B.J. Smoot (Hammond), Matt Angell (FSK), and Chris Eccelston (Mt. Hebron) all rushed well behind a great OL. Nick Campanaro (River Hill) led the team on the second drive with 45 yards on three carries. The Metro's defense, led by Coach Rick Lloyd (River Hill) played great and forced 5 turnovers.
