Rain & Titans Fall In State Playoffs

Tuscarora's first appearance in the Maryland 3A High School football playoffs, which took place at Urbana High School on November 15, 2008, will go down as one for the ages. The Hawks and Titans battled each other and torrential rains through a scoreless tie in regulation before Urbana was able to claim a 3-0 victory in the first overtime.

Strong winds and heavy rain before and during the game turned the football field at Urbana High School into a sea of mud and made the game a defensive struggle.

Congratulations to the players and coaches on a fantastic 2008 season. Below are just a few of the team records and "firsts" establish by the 2008 Tuscarora Titans.
